Guardians of the Galaxy Cameos – Howard the Duck??

Marvel Studios released the full, credited cast list for “Guardians of the Galaxy” movie due out August 1st. If your curiosity has the better of you then please continue reading. If you don’t want your feathers ruffled then you might want to stop reading.

With the studio releasing the entire credited cast list we get to see who may or may not be dropping by in the “The Guardians of the Galaxy” neighborhood. I understand some of you may not want to know and would prefer to be surprised and that’s cool. As for me, I don’t mind knowing who might be making a cameo so long as I don’t know exactly how or when they appear in the movie.

Most of you won’t be surprised to know that Stan Lee will be making his customary appearance, this time playing ‘Xandarian Ladies’ Man. Stan’s cameos have almost become expected any more.

Nathan Fillion will be appearing as “Monstrous Inmate”, Rob Zombie is voicing a character called the ‘Ravager Navigator Voice’ and director James Gunn will be making an appearance as one of the ‘Maskless Sakaaran’.

Howard The Duck

One cameo that could ruffle some feathers is a line in the end titles of the credits listing co-creators Steve Gerber and Val Maverik. If those two names don’t ring a bell and they probably won’t, they are the two behind the character “Howard the Duck”.

Does this mean will actually see “Howard the Duck” or just a quick glimpse of a comic, poster or possibly a clip from the movie, don’t know. I’m guessing “Howard the Duck” will have something to do with the character of “Peter Quill”.

Watching “Guardians of the Galaxy” should not only be fun for the movie it self, but also trying pick out all the little hidden Easter eggs Marvel has obviously scattered through out the film.
