Martins Crash Has NASCAR’s Attention

Mark Martin’s car went sliding off the track at Michigan Speedway and crashed sideways into a pit road barrier. The vehicle was pierced by the short, narrow end of the wall, but Martin was able to walk away. Read more »

NFL Preseason Scores WK1 – 2012

The No. 1 overall draft pick threw his first NFL pass for a long touchdown, just like Peyton Manning in 1998, then led Indianapolis to two more touchdowns. Tuesday, NASCAR penalized Three-time champion Tony Stewart. Stewart, was docked six points, and crew chief Steve Addington fined $25,000 because of a cooling hose found inside Stewart’s car after his qualifying lap. Read more »

Knaus & Johnson’s Penalties Overturned!

On Tuesday, NASCAR’s chief appellate officer John Middlebrook overturned a majority of the penalties levied against crew chief Chad Knaus. Knaus must still pay a $100,000 fine because Johnson’s car failed opening day inspection of the Daytona 500. Read more »
