Bilbo Baggins, Gandalf and their company of dwarves are traveling over waterfalls and through dark forests to battle the dragon Smaug in the second installment of The Hobbit movies from Director Peter Jackson.
If you’re a fan of the original Lord of the Rings trilogy you will be excited to see the return of Orlando Bloom as the elf Legolas. Benedict Cumberbatch also stars as Smaug, portraying the villain using motion-capture technology.
Martin Freeman and Cumberbatch also star together in “Sherlock” and if their scene is close as it is in Tolkien’s book, the two actors will again be engaged in a sly and witty back-and-forth that will come to an end when one of them becomes upset. Benedict Cumberbatch can currently be seen in, Star Trek Into Darkness taking on the crew of the Enterprise.
