1960’s TV “Batman” Blu-ray unveiling at Comic-Con

Warner Brothers Home Entertainment announced they would be unveiling details of their Batman: The Complete Series Blu-ray release at Comic-Con later this month.

Batman the television series ran on ABC from 1966-68 following wealthy entrepreneur Bruce Wayne(Adam West) and Dick Grayson(Burt Ward) as they lead a double life as the crime fighting duo of Batman and Robin.

A secret Batpole in Wayne mansion lead to the Batcave, where Police Commissioner Gordon(Neil Hamilton) along with police Chief O’Hara(Stafford Repp) would often call the duo on the Bat-phone with the latest emergency threatening the city of.

Warner Bros. Home Entertainment will officially unveil the details of its highly-anticipated November 2014 release of “Batman: The Complete Television Series” at a Comic-Con International panel – featuring special guests Adam West, Burt Ward and Julie Newmar – on Thursday, July 24 from 6:00-7:00pm in Hall H.

The actors behind Batman, Robin and Catwoman will give fans their first inside sneak peak at the most anticipated home entertainment release in fanboy history. All the details will be revealed, including an initial look at exclusive content, limited edition packaging, and dazzling HD remastered footage from the landmark series.

Blu-ray will be released sometime November 2014.
