Raiders of the Lost Ark will turn forty later this year and to commemorate that milestone Paramount is releasing all four Indiana Jones movies in 4K Ultra HD for the first time.

Paramount will be releasing Raiders of the Lost Ark (1981), Temple of Doom (1984), The Last Crusade (1989), and Kingdom of the Crystal Skull (2008) in a in 4K Ultra HD box set in June.

All four movies have been remastered from 4K scans of the original negatives with extensive visual effects work done to ensure the most pristine and highest quality image. This will mark the first time all four films are available together in 4K Ultra HD with Dolby Vision and HDR-10 for ultra-vivid picture quality and state-of-the-art Dolby Atmos audio. All picture work was approved by director Steven Spielberg.

Sound designer Ben Burtt oversaw the remix of all four films at Skywalker Sound using all the original sound elements to create the Dolby Armos soundtrack.
