Also, Clark (AKA Superman) is encouraged by Jonathan (Kevin Costner) and Martha Kent (Diane Lane) his adoptive parents on Earth not to use his powers unless he wants to be looked at as some sort of freak or outcast. This is being done in an attempt to bring Superman a little more down to Earth.
Even though it has taken four years to get a new “Star Trek” movie into theaters, advance tickets for UK IMAX showings went on sale on Tuesday of this week, April 9th. It didn’t take long for hungry Star Trek fans to create overwhelming demand for tickets causing the IMAX website to crash. The website was quickly rebooted and ticket sales were able to resume.
The 2009 film grossed over $385 million in worldwide box office sales. Into Darkness could surpass that given the amount of excitement J.J. Abrams sequel is getting since it was announced that Abrams will now be directing the next Star Wars movie due out in 2015.
The announcement was made on Tuesday that Bryan Cranston, Rebel Wilson, and Mads Mikkelsen will be joining the voice cast of “Kung Fu Panda 3”. They will be joining Jack Black, Angelina Jolie, and Seth Rogen who will be returning as Po, Tigress, and Mantis.
DreamWorks Animation has already began production on the movie. “Kung Fu Panda 3” currently has a projected release date of December 23, 2015.
