With The Amazing Spider-Man 2 opening in theaters this coming Friday (May 2nd), Sony has gone ahead and given us clues as to who will be appearing in the Sinister Six movie.

It seems a little early in my book to be revealing this to your potential audience, but what is known about the Sinister Six is that Drew Goddard is helming the project. No exact date has been officially set for the “Sinister Six” movie as of yet.

Producer Matt Tolmach recently went on record explaining that “nothing is sacred” in terms of the roster combination, only that the film version will be the “best six” imaginable, it will be a group that’ll make sense in the universe being established in The Amazing Spider-Man 2 and follow-ups.

Below are the images of the supposed “Sinister Six.” (Green/Hob) Goblin, Vulture, Rhino, and Doctor Octopus. I’m not as familiar with the last two images. The fifth one appears to be Kraven the Hunter and the last one could be either the illusionist Mysterio, or maybe the shape-shifting villain Chameleon. (Let me know who you think the last one is)

At this time I would consider these images as a very strong maybe as to whom we will see in the “Sinister Six.” Movie studios seem to have a way of changing there minds or misleading the audience.
