Jared Krichevsky is a conceptual artist who recently released some of the work he did for Paramount’s (2014) Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles live-action film.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles since its release in early August has pulled in $375M worldwide and is still awaiting release in the UK, France, Germany, Spain and Japan in early 2015, which will surely push its total higher.
Krichevsky, released the images to the website ComicBookMovie.com and sat down for an interview, talking a little about his designs and what went into the looks he created.
Mr. Krichevsky was asked if any of the previous source material gave him inspiration and this is part of what he had to say. “The 90’s films and the cartoons had a lot of impact on the designs, especially pushing their already established personalities from the Fred Wolf cartoon.”
