Set in 1970s Los Angeles, The Nice Guys finds Ryan Gosling a down-on-his-luck private eye teaming up with Russell Crowe a hired enforcer to solve the case of a missing girl and the seemingly unrelated death of a porn star.
Shane Black who wrote the original “Lethal Weapon” and has directed such movies as “Kiss Kiss Bang Bang” and “Iron Man 3” makes “The Nice Guys” his third directorial effort. The Nice Guys is filled with Shane Black’s blend of dark humor and well written characters.
