Grand Admiral Thrawn has become one of the more popular characters in Star Wars now you can read the comic adaptation of Timothy Zahn’s novel, Thrawn.

Star Wars fans were first introduced to Grand Admiral Thrawn in Timothy Zahn’s novel “Heir to the Empire” in 1991. It was followed by 1992’s “Dark Force Rising” and 1993 “The Last Command”.

In the third season of Star Wars: Rebels, Thrawn was officially brought into cannon. Timothy Zahn wrote a new novel entitled “Thrawn” that reintroduced Star Wars fans to Thrawn and how he joined the Empire and his rise to Grand Admiral.

Star Wars: Thrawn is part one of a six part comic book adaptation of Timothy Zahn’s 2017 novel.
