Avengers: Endgame NEW Character Posters and Featurette

Avengers: Endgame is exactly a month away and to remind fans of that Marvel dropped a batch of new character posters along with a few surviving Avengers talking about a post-snap world in a new featurette.

When Endgame hits theaters in late April not only will it give us closer to Infinity War, but will open the door for the future of the MCU to proceed in whatever direction Kevin Feige and Marvel Studios has planned. Feige has made it no secret that the Marvel Cinematic Universe would look different at the conclusion of Avengers 4 or as we now know it, Endgame.

Does that mean certain heroes we’ve come to know and love will be killed off permanently or the events of Endgame will cause the world our heroes live in to change in a way (time travel or alternate universe??) that the universe as a whole changed and our heroes don’t realize it, but we as fans will? Exactly what that future will be only Feige knows.

When Infinity War ended the fate of a few characters were not one hundred percent known. To help clarify which ones survived the snap and which ones did not Marvel released a batch of new character poster today. The ones in color are the ones who are still alive and the ones in back and white bit the dust as it were. When you look through all thirty-two posters you may notices a couple of characters are still missing.

A couple notable characters missing are that of Michael Douglas as Hank Pym and Michelle Pfeiffer as Janet van Dyne. If you’ve watched Ant-Man & The Wasp then you know they were dusted, but it is interesting they were left out.

Besides the new posters, Marvel has also released a new featurette video that features Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Scarlett Johansson, and Marvel President Kevin Feige discussing what the effects of Thanos’ Infinity Gauntlet had on the world and all of those who survived. If you’re hoping to see some new footage from Endgame, you won’t.

Avengers: Endgame hits theaters on April 26th.
