Harrison Ford who is currently 78-years-old suffered a shoulder injury while rehearsing a fight scene for the upcoming Indiana Jones 5 currently filming.
The extent of Ford’s injury is unclear, Disney did release a statement on Ford’s injury and what affect if any it will have on filming for Indiana Jones 5.
“In the course of rehearsing for a fight scene, Harrison Ford sustained an injury involving his shoulder. Production will continue while the appropriate course of treatment is evaluated, and the filming schedule will be reconfigured as needed in the coming weeks,”
This is not the first time Ford has been injured while making a film, Ford suffered a serious back injury during the making Indiana Jones and The Temple of Doom and also suffered a leg injury during the production of Star Wars: The Force Awakens.
Logan director James Mangold is directing Indiana Jones 5 and stars Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Mads Mikkelsen, Thomas Kretschmann, Boyd Holbrook, Shaunette Renée Wilson, and Toby Jones. And, of course, Indy himself Harrison Ford.
