Way before Puss ever met Shrek, our suave and furry feline hero goes on a swashbuckling ride, as he teams with mastermind Humpty Dumpty and the street-savvy Kitty Soft Paws to steal the famed Goose that lays the Golden Eggs.
I may be a grown adult, but I still enjoy a good animated movie just as much as any kid would. I enjoyed everything about Puss In Boots. Sometimes when you tak a character from a franchise (like Shrek) and give that character his or her own movie your always not sure what to expect.
In some cases the character doesn’t work on his own and in others they do very well. In the case of Puss In Boots I feel it works and works very well. Puss in Boots doesn’t waste a lot of time in diving right in to the story. The back story of our favorite sword yielding cat was well thought out and very entertaining.
There is plenty of humor to go around for the adults as well as the kids. I really don’t want to give away any thing from the movie, but if you go or your kids are begging you to take them to see it you won’t be disappointed.
It gets 2 boots up from me!

The character may be here to save the day, but the movie’s only here to pass the time and it does that just fine. Nice review. Check out mine when you get the chance.
