Batman’s Suicide Squad Cameo – Is True?
It appears that Bruce Wayne/Batman might actually be making a cameo in Warner Brothers “Suicide Squad” movie and if true we could see a cast member of the “Suicide Squad” in “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice”. (Possible Spoiler Warning!)
According to reports coming from Latino Review, Ben Affleck is reportedly in Toronto, Canda where David Ayer is currently directing the “Suicide Squad” movie. If the new rumors are accurate, Affleck is in Toronto to shoot his cameo for the movie as well as reports of the Batmobile also being spotted.
Latino Review is also reporting that Jared Leto will have a cameo filmed that will be seen in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. Leto’s cameo will feature him in a flashback scene with Jason Todd, aka Robin being murdered at the hands of The Joker. I hope they stick with a crowbar for the scene, like in the comics.
Supposedly Robin’s costume is preserved in a glass casket somewhere on Wayne’s property, presumably the bat-cave, triggering the flashback.
Suicide Squad will star Will Smith as Deadshot, Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn, Jai Courtney as Captain Boomerang, Cara Delevingne as Enchantress, Joel Kinnaman as Rick Flag, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje as Killer Croc and Viola Davis as Amanda Waller. The film will also feature Scott Eastwood, Jim Parrack, Adam Beach and Ike Barinholtz.
“Suicide Squad” is due to hit theaters August 5, 2016.
