July’s, San Diego Comic-Con was the last time Warner Brother’s released a trailer for Justice League and since then we’ve only gotten some character posters, but not much else. That looks to be changing.
For the second time in under a week Warner Brother’s have released another set of character posters. If you’re a fan of Warner Brother’s DCEU or what ever it is Warner Brother’s is calling it now is to see Justice League have the success in theaters that Wonder Woman was able to achieve.
New York Comic Con gets underway today (Thursday) and on Wednesday it was announced that a new trailer would be arriving on Sunday. The movie is only six weeks away from hitting theaters and this will likely be the last full trailer we get other than the slew of television spots that are sure to fill your living room.
Zack Snyder directed the initial shoot before walking away from the film after his daughter tragically took her own life. Warner Brother’s then brought in Joss Whedon to direct the re-shoots and will receive a screenwriting credit, which means he rewrote at least a third of the movie.
I will be curious to see how the movie all comes together in style and aesthetics. Will you be able to tell what parts of the film Zack directed compared to those of Joss or will it all blend seamlessly?
Justice League opens on November 17th
Cast: Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, Gal Gadot, Ezra Miller, Ray Fisher, and Jason Momoa
Official synopsis for Justice League
Fueled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman’s selfless act, Bruce Wayne enlists the help of his newfound ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater enemy. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to find and recruit a team of metahumans to stand against this newly awakened threat. But despite the formation of this unprecedented league of heroes—Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and The Flash—it may already be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.
