Paramount’s Top Gun: Maverick dropped a new trailer for the long-awaited sequel to 1986’s Top Gun that made Tom Cruise feel the need for speed.
The original Top Gun movie released back in 1986 and followed a group of young, hot shot Navy pilots who were sent to the Naval Fighter Weapons School at Naval Air Station Miramar to go through the intense training program known as Topgun.
Top Gun: Maverick takes places thirty-four years after the events of Top Gun that sees Pete “Maverick” Mitchell (Tom Cruise) returning as an instructor to teach a new generation of fighter pilots.
