If you are a fan of the Transformers a new anime series is coming to Netflix that will find the Autobots still battling to destroy the Decepticons.
On Saturday, Netflix released the first trailer for its three-part anime series Transformers: War for Cybertron Trilogy. This new trailer gives fans a glimpse at Chapter 1, subtitled Siege that will consist of six, 22-minute-long episodes showing the final hours of the civil war between the Autobots and Decepticons.
After Transformers: War For Cybertron Trilogy: Siege the story will continue with Chapter 2, entitled Earthrise, taking place on Earth. The third and final chapter does not have a name as of yet. Netflix has not released a specific date as to when the new Transformers anime series will roll out, but you can expect it sometime in 2020.
The voice cast for Transformers: War For Cybertron Trilogy will include Jake Foushee as Optimus Prime, Jason Marnocha as Megatron, Linsay Rousseau (Elita-1), Joe Zieja (Bumblebee), Frank Todaro (Starscream), Rafael Goldstein (Ratchet), Keith Silverstein (Jetfire), Todd Haberkorn (Shockwave, Red Alert), Edward Bosco (Ultra Magnus, Soundwave), Bill Rogers (Wheeljack), Sophia Isabella (Arcee), Brook Chalmers (Impactor), Shawn Hawkins (Mirage), Kaiser Johnson (Ironhide), Miles Luna (Teletraan I, Cliffjumper), and Mark Whitten (Sideswipe, Skywarp).
