Bill & Ted Face the Music, First Trailer

The first trailer for Bill & Ted Face the Music is finally here and gives us our first look at what we can expect as the franchise come to a close.

Alex Winters and Keanu Reeves return as Bill S. Preston, Esq. and Ted “Theodore” Logan, when a visitor from the future informs them only their song will save the world the stoner buddies decide to time travel to the future with their daughters and steal the song they’ve already written instead of writing it for themselves. Samara Weaving and Brigette Lundy-Paine join Bill and Ted as their daughters along with new historical figures, familiar faces, and some music legends.

It’s not certain when Bill and Ted Face the Music will actually hit theaters, with the majority of movie theaters still shut down due to the COVID-19 pandemic and many of this years summer blockbusters all having been delayed to the fall or sometime in 2021.

Bill and Ted Face the Music was originally scheduled for an August 21st release, but both the poster and trailer only say it will be out sometime “this summer”. If you’re a huge fan it’s possible it could still come out in late August.
