The Simpsons Take on Trump’s First 100 Days

The Simpsons who are in their 28th season decided to take a unique look at Donald Trump’s first 100 days as President in a new animated short.

The Simpsons, who have never shied away from poking fun at anyone, released a new short video on President Trump and his first 100 days in office. In 2016 The Simpsons took shots at the last eight presidential candidates left in the 2016 election with its “Debateful Eight” skit which included Donald Trump, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, Sen. Ted Cruz and Sen. Bernie Sanders.

When you watch you may notice the dark and stormy night the video begins on which Spicer hangs himself, the painting of a scantily clad First Lady Melania Trump from the infamous GQ shoot. Trumps reading material that includes “The Little Book of Big Bombs”, “Florida on $10 Million a Day”, and Bill O’Reilly‘s fictional tome “Killing a Good Thing”.

One of my favorite parts of the video is Trump’s hair that stands up revealing it’s a dog who twirls around once before laying back down. Marge popping Prozac like candy and grandpa yelling for help, that they’re taking him back from where he came from, but not remembering where that’s at.

This new video from the Simpsons is very much satirical than mean-spirited when it comes to Trump and his first 100 days in office. You will either laugh at the video or you won’t be impressed, but shows like The Simpsons or comedians will never stop poking fun at politicians or the President nor should they.
