Marvel’s What If? New Images

For the first time since Marvel announced there Disney Plus animated series What If…? we are able to get a first look at some of the stories Marvel has been working on.

For those who may not be aware, Marvel’s What If…? will take existing MCU canon and propose a change or a tweak to a particular story like, What if Peggy Carter took the Super Soldier serum? What if Bucky Barns had to take on a zombie Captain America? What if T’Challa became Star-Lord?

Some of you might be asking why make such a show, even it’s an animated one? If you’re a long time follower of Marvel comics then this makes perfect sense. Marvel Comics have been exploring such stories in stand-alone issues since the 1970’s. Marvel would take key moments in its history and see how those stories might have unfolded differently then they did in mainstream continuity.

You can check out some images from Marvel’s What If…? below. All are from a new Marvel documentary that’s currently available on Disney Plus. The bad news is What If is not slated for release on Disney Plus until the summer of 2021.
