The original Blade Runner movie is getting an upgrade and a re-release to home video this time in 4K as the long awaited sequel is quickly approaching.
Due to be released on 4K Ultra-HD Blu-Ray on September 5th one month before Blade Runner 2049 directed by Denis Villeneuve is due to hit theaters. Featuring the “Final Cut” version of Ridley Scott’s 1982 sci-fi epic that is considered by many to be the ultimate version of the movie.
The 4K Ultra-HD Blu-Ray will feature commentary tracks by Ridley Scott, screenwriters Hampton Fancher and David Peoples and plenty more special features if you are a die hard fan of the movie.
